Transport & Delivery
- Transport and delivery of the ordered products take place within 2 weeks. Articles that unfortunately are not available directly from the stock can be delivered within 4 weeks. In very extreme cases this can be even longer. In that case the customer is contacted and has the possibility to cancel the order.
Delivery takes place up to the front door on ground level. When asked for we can deliver on another floor, but this costs more. The customer needs to say this up front. The delivery address is the address the customer put in while making the order. If the address is changed after the order the customer has to contact Jetset-Living. If the customer does not mention this change in address on time, possible extra costs for the transport are for the customer. These extra costs will exist mainly of transport costs.
Privacy & Safety
- For Jetset-Living a sensible intercourse with the data of the visitor, is very important. Personnel data is processed and secured carefully. With this Jetset-Living follows the demands that the Law Protection Personal Data has for that. Jetset-Living does not save payment information of customers on the website.
Retour & Replacement
- When the customer has complaints or damage he is authorized to send the products back. Jetset-Living then takes care of a quick replacement of the product, or when according to Jetset-Living it is justified, a reimbursement of the costs. The customer is authorized to send the products back to Jetset-Living. The customer only has to pay for the shipment costs.
Order
- The order is carried out as soon as possible by Jetset-Living. If the customer does not follow the payment agreement, Jetset-Living is authorized to see the order as not done. In reality Jetset-Living will contact the customer in this case.
Payment, Prizes & Promotion
- The prizes mentioned on the site are including VAT and apply to the customer at the moment of the order. Price increases or abasements only apply to new orders. Promotional discounts only apply within the mentioned discount time. If that term has passed, the promotion code won’t function anymore on the website.
See the order
- At any time the customer can see the process of the order with the data given for that. This data are directly available for the customer after the placement of the order.
Adjust Account Information
- At any time the customer can change his account data. This can be done via the website and is processed immediately. The changing of delivery addresses is only applied on future orders and not on orders that already have been done.
